Cap. 10 чл. 131Appointment of engineers for inspection of boilers.

(1) It shall be lawful for the Minister responsible for public works to appoint one or more engineers for the inspection and testing of boilers whatever their use.

(2) Any engineer so appointed may after giving two days’

notice enter any building in order to inspect any such boiler.

(3) Inspections shall be made half yearly, in the second and fourth quarter of each year, or at such other periods as may be prescribed by the Minister responsible for public works.

(4) The fee for each inspection shall not exceed two euro and thirty-three cents (2.33), and shall be paid by the owner or user of the boiler.

(5) For the purposes of this article, the word "boiler" means any closed vessel used for generating steam, or for heating water or other liquids, or into which steam is admitted for heating, steaming, boiling, or other similar purposes.
