Cap. 12 чл. 165Leave to file written submissions.

It shall be lawful for the court, on the case being closed, at the request of either of the parties, to grant leave for filing, within a time to be fixed by the court, a written pleading containing a summary of his submissions provided the opposite party shall not show that such leave would cause a delay to his prejudice.
