Cap. 12 чл. 341Execution creditor, etc., may demand fresh executions in case of deficiency of proceeds.

If the proceeds of the sale by auction be not sufficient to meet the claims of the execution creditor and of the persons suing out a garnishee order, as well as the costs, fresh executions may be allowed upon the demand of any of them.
