Cap. 12 чл. 343Discontinuance of sale by auction and restoration of unsold property to debtor.

If it appears during the sale that a sufficient sum to meet the debts and the costs of the auction has been obtained, the

Registrar shall order the auction to be immediately discontinued.

Upon a verbal demand by the debtor, the court shall order that the unsold property is to be restored to the debtor.
