Cap. 12 чл. 406Jactitator to proceed before court to the jurisdiction of which the party aggrieved is subject.

Any jactitator to whom a time has been fixed within which to bring his claim for trial, shall institute proceedings before the court to the jurisdiction of which the party aggrieved by the jactitation is subject.
