Cap. 12 чл. 476Act to be within terms of decree.

Any act done in pursuance of an authorization granted by the court shall be within the terms of the decree; and if after a decree is given, it shall be found necessary to add any new stipulation, or agreement, or any other matter requiring authorization, another application shall be made for the necessary authorization.
