Cap. 12 чл. 512Application for the appointment of tutors, curators, etc.

Any person may apply to the Court of voluntary jurisdiction, for the appointment of a tutor or curator to a minor, or for the appointment of a curator to a vacant inheritance or to an absent person, or of any other administrator, according to law.
