Cap. 12 чл. 542Oath by person filing the note.

(1) Upon the filing of such note, the person desiring to make up the inventory shall swear, before the registrar, that he will faithfully describe the estate.

(2) The registrar shall at the foot of the note make a mention of the oath so taken.
