The party applying to be admitted to the oath in litem, shall produce a list showing distinctly the sums or things due to him, and the amount or quantity in regard to which the oath is to be taken, together with a declaration to the effect that he is prepared to verify on oath the contents of such list, both as regards the existence as well as the amount or quantity of the sums or things stated therein.
