Cap. 12 чл. 758Determination of value in actions relating to rendering of accounts.

(1) In actions concerning the rendering of accounts in connection with the administration of sums of money, the value of the thing in issue is determined by the amount of such sums.

(2) If the administration is in respect of immovable property, the value of the thing in issue is determined by the yearly rent, without any deduction therefrom, multiplied by the number of years involved in the claim of the plaintiff.
