Cap. 12 чл. 998Warrant of escort or arrest of offender.

Where, in the cases referred to in this Title, the party accused, on being summoned by order of the judge or magistrate, fails to attend, it shall be in the power of the said judge or magistrate to compel his attendance to answer to the charge, by means of a warrant of escort or arrest.
