Cap. 13 чл. 76Prohibition on derogation from articles 74 and 75 and consequence of breach.

(1) The parties may not derogate from articles 74 and 75.

(2) The law applicable to the contract shall govern the consequence of breach of the rights and obligations under articles

74 and 75 above.
