Cap. 16 чл. 529Actual possession without title does not raise presumption of former possession.

Actual possession shall not operate so as to raise a presumption of former possession unless the possessor has a title;

in which case, in the absence of proof to the contrary, he shall be presumed to have possessed since the date of the title.
