Cap. 164 чл. 47Suspension of prescription.

The period of prescription in respect of the criminal action against the protected witness arising from the fact referred to in article 46 shall be suspended from the date that the Attorney General decides that the witness shall be deemed to be a protected witness, and shall continue from the day on which the last proceedings in which he is a witness for the purposes of the programme becomes res judicata.
