Cap. 164 чл. 93Joint patrols and other operations with officials from member states of the European Union.

(1) The Commissioner may authorize the competent authorities of a Member State of the European Union (hereinafter referred to as "seconding Member State") to conduct in Malta, jointly with or under the supervision or direction of the Police, patrols and other operations by officers or other officials (hereinafter referred to as "seconded officers") of that State.

(2) The Commissioner may also grant the said authorization following a request by a foreign competent authority of a Member State.
