Cap. 168 чл. 48Approval of accounts and scheme of distribution.

(1) The liquidator shall by judicial act serve on each of the partners a copy of the accounts and of the scheme of distribution mentioned in article 46(2).

(2) The accounts and the scheme of distribution shall be deemed to have been approved by all the partners if no objection thereto is lodged by writ of summons by any of the partners within two months of the service of the judicial act referred to in sub-article (1).
