Cap. 171 чл. 6Payment of port workers.

(1) Responsibility for the payment of fees due for the employment of port workers shall vest in the person by whom or on whose behalf such port workers are employed.

(2) Save as may be prescribed, such payment shall not be deferred beyond three days after the completion of the port work.
