It shall be the duty of the Corporation so to conserve its assets and exercise and perform its functions under this Act as to ensure that the total revenues of the Corporation are sufficient to meet all sums properly chargeable to its revenue account, including, without prejudice to the generality of that expression, depreciation and the servicing of loan indebtedness.
