Cap. 204 чл. 37Information to competent authority.

(1) The Bank shall pass to the competent authority any information in the possession of or accessible to the Bank when so requested by the competent authority in the exercise of its duties under any law.

(2) The Bank shall discuss with the competent authority matters of mutual interest resulting from information collected under article 23, and the promotion of the stable and sustainable development and provision of the payments landscape in Malta under article 34A.
