Notwithstanding anything contained in the foregoing articles, under duly warranted circumstances the Bank may, acting in accordance with the provisions of Decision ECB/2003/4 of 20

March 2003 and where it deems appropriate, provide confirmation that a reproduction of a euro banknote is lawful.
