Cap. 220 чл. 54Failure to perform military duty.

Any person subject to military law who without reasonable excuse fails to attend for any parade or other military duty of any description or leaves any such parade or duty as aforesaid before he is permitted to do so shall, on conviction by court-martial, be liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years or any less punishment provided by this Act.
