Cap. 234 чл. 45BAmendment of registered mortgage details. 

The registered details relating to a mortgage in the event of a change in the name or address of the mortgagor or of the mortgagee may be amended. The amendment shall be affected by the registrar in the registry of the ship concerned upon receipt of a request from the mortgagee together with evidence in support of the required changes.
