Cap. 248 чл. 17Where instigation or incitement has produced effect.

Where the instigation or incitement by any means mentioned in article 3 to commit any offence has produced its effect, the persons responsible for the instigation or incitement shall be liable to the punishment established for the offence so committed diminished by one degree. this Part, such person shall be liable to punishment as if the publication had taken place in Malta.
