Cap. 323 чл. 5Access to nature reserve.

(1) Access to the Filfla nature reserve shall be by permission to be granted by the Minister for educational and scientific purposes.

(2) In granting permission the Minister may impose such conditions as he may deem appropriate.

(3) Members of the Police and the Armed Forces of Malta shall have access to the Filfla nature reserve for the purposes of defence and security, rescue operations and the control of smuggling and the investigation of crimes.
