Cap. 326 чл. 17Investigation of past matters.

An investigation under this Act may be conducted in respect of matters which arise on or after the date of the coming into force of this Act or which arose within a period of twelve years before such date, so however that no investigation may be commenced in connection with any act or omission after the lapse of five years from the date of the coming into force of this Act, if that act or omission occurred before the coming into force of this Act, and after the lapse of five years from the date of such act or omission where that act or omission occurred on or after the date of the coming into force of this Act.
