Cap. 343 чл. 14Notification and filling of vacancies.

(1) In making a request to the Corporation for the referral of employees, an employer shall specify the skill, experience and other qualifications, if any, of the employees he requires, the conditions of employment he offers and the number of persons to be referred to him for possible employment, so however that the employer shall have no right to indicate individual persons when making his request to the Corporation.

(2) In referring persons for employment, the Corporation shall seek to satisfy the needs of the employer as expeditiously as possible. The employer shall be entitled to reject any person submitted by the Corporation.
