Unless there is a court order to the contrary, information relating to a particular employee or office-holder, former employee or former office-holder, or job applicant shall be treated as confidential and shall not be made available to persons other than the members of the Council, members of staff as delegated by the Executive Secretary, the Minister in the exercise of his functions under this Act and the individual concerned.
