Cap. 37 чл. 21Lien for freight payable before delivery of goods from government warehouse.

A Customs official, having the custody of any goods which have come into his hands under this Ordinance, may refuse delivery thereof from the government warehouse or other place of deposit, until proof is given to his satisfaction that the freight due upon such goods has been paid.
