Cap. 382 чл. 11Suspension or revocation of registration.

The Commissioner may suspend or revoke the registration of any authorised tax warehouse where the person in charge thereof fails to comply with the provisions of article 10, and the provisions of sub-article (3), (4) and (5) of article 38, shall mutatis mutandis apply to any such suspension.
