Where criminal prosecution is pending against any person in respect of any offence under this Act in connection with which any seizure has been made under this Act, or where a person has been informed that such proceedings are being contemplated then no appeal under articles 30 to 32 may be entered until the criminal prosecution has been finally concluded or the said person has been informed that no prosecution will be initiated and the terms referred in the said articles for appeal shall be suspended accordingly.
