(1) The requirements of article 6(3)(c) are satisfied in relation to any information if each of the following, namely -

(a) the extent to which the information is disclosed;

(b) the number of persons to whom any of the information is disclosed;

(c) the extent to which the information is copied; and

(d) the number of copies made of any of the information, is limited to the minimum that is necessary as mentioned in article 6(3)(a).

(2) The requirements of 6(3)(a) are satisfied in relation to any intercepted information if each copy made of any of that information is destroyed as soon as its retention is no longer necessary as mentioned in 6(3)(a).
