PART XII
(1) The competent authority shall cooperate with EIOPA
for the purposes of the Solvency II Directive in accordance with
Regulation (EU) No 1094/2010.
(2) The competent authority shall provide EIOPA with all information necessary to carry out its duties in accordance with Regulation (EU) No 1094/2010.
