Cap. 416 чл. 31Date of filing.

(1) The date of filing of an application for registration of a trademark is the date on which the prescribed elements are furnished to the Comptroller by the applicant: Provided that where the elements are furnished on different days, the date of filing shall be the date on which the last element is so furnished.

(2) References in this Act to the date of application for registration shall be construed as a reference to the date of filing of the application.
