Cap. 427 чл. 18Inspection of products.

Any public officer, authorised as aforesaid, may, for any of the purposes of this Act, inspect any product which -

(a) has been sold or is offered for sale or consumption or use by consumers; or

(b) is in the possession of, or under the control of, any producer or distributor, or which has been deposited with or otherwise delivered to any person for the purpose of sale or of preparation for sale, wherever the product is to be found.
