Cap. 437 чл. 23Inspections and approval of establishments in the animal nutrition sector.

The Minister may prescribe rules relating to the organisation, the inspection and the conditions for the approval of establishments in the animal nutrition sector and, without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, may, in particular, prescribe rules regarding -

(a) the organisation of official inspections in the field of animal nutrition;

(b) the conditions under which establishments and intermediaries operating in the animal nutrition sector shall be approved and registered; and

(c) the inspections to be carried out on feeding stuffs imported from third countries.
