Cap. 437 чл. 48Organisation of State veterinary activities.

(1) All State veterinary activities shall be under the direction and control of the Department of Veterinary Services, which shall be headed by the Director.

(2) The Department shall exercise its powers and functions in the entire territory of Malta, including customs warehouses, free zones or free warehouses.
