(1) Subject to the provisions of the Constitution and of any other law including this Act applicable thereto, the appointment of officers and other employees of Entities shall be made by Superintendent in the case of the Superintendence, by the Chairperson of the Board of Directors in the case of the Agency, and by the Chairperson of the Council in the case of Council or the Fund. The terms and conditions of employment shall be determined by each Entity with the approval of the Minister.

(2) Each Entity shall appoint and employ, at such remuneration and upon such terms and conditions as it may in accordance with sub-article (1) determine, such officers and employees as may from time to time be necessary for the due and efficient discharge of its functions.
