The Council shall, by not later than the 31st March of each year transmit to the Minister a copy of its audited statement of accounts for the immediately preceding financial year, a copy of the auditor’s or the auditors’, report relating to such statement or to the accounts of the Council, together with a report dealing in general with the activities of the Council during that financial year and which contains such information relating to the proceedings and policy of the Council. The Minister shall ensure that a copy of any such report is laid on the Table of the House and is presented to the Minister responsible for finance and to the Auditor General as soon as possible.
