Cap. 492 чл. 12FMandatory enrolment for foreign organisations.

(1) A foreign organisation which operates in Malta in any manner and which is established -

(a) for a public purpose or public benefit;

(b) as non-profit making; and

(c) is voluntary, shall apply for enrolment by submitting the relevant form in the Third Schedule to the Commissioner.

(2) The Commissioner may issue guidelines regarding the enrolment of foreign organisations in terms of this Act.
