(1) Regulations which are required to be made under the provisions of this Act, may be made in the English language only where the use of the Maltese language would be difficult due to the technical terminology adopted.

(2) In the event of conflict or incompatibility between the Maltese and English texts of any regulations made under this Act, the English language version shall prevail.
