(1) The administrative affairs of the College shall be managed by the College Secretariat, and shall fall within the competence of the Directorate responsible for Policy within the

Ministry responsible for the Economy.

(2) The College Secretariat shall be responsible for the College’s technical and secretarial services, and the provisions of article 12(2) shall apply to the College mutatis mutandis Secretariat.
