Cap. 512 чл. 18Exemption.

(1) The Minister may, by order published in the Gazette and subject to any conditions, restrictions or limitations, exempt specific instruments from the application of this Act or part thereof or from any obligation imposed under this Act.

(2) The Minister may revoke any order made under this article.
