Cap. 514 чл. 16Auditors and actuaries.

(1) Every retirement scheme or retirement fund shall appoint an auditor to carry out the duties as may be specified by Pension Rules.

(1A) Every retirement scheme which provides cover against biometric risks or guarantees an investment performance or a given level of benefits, shall also appoint an actuary to carry out the duties, as may be specified by regulations and Pension Rules..

(2) Every auditor and actuary of a licence holder shall have the right to demand such information or explanations as he deems necessary in the performance of his duties from any officer or employee of, or any person under an appointment from that licence holder.
