(1) Subject to the provisions of article 56, the Special Funds (Regulation) Act is hereby repealed without prejudice to anything done or which may be done under that Act, saving every authorisation, approval or order taken or commenced thereunder, which shall continue to be valid and in force, as if such authorisation, approval or order were taken or commenced under this Act.
