Cap. 516 чл. 34Suitability of victim for victim- offender mediation.

In deciding whether victim-offender mediation is suitable for an eligible victim, the Committee shall consider, amongst other matters, the following:

(a) the victim’s personal characteristics;

(b) the victim’s motivation to take part in victim-offender mediation;

(c) the impact of the offence on the victim; and

(d) the potential psychological effects victim-offender mediation may have on the victim.
