Noting that the situation in each country is different, the European expressed its utmost concern at the situation in Syria, Yemen and condemned the escalation of violence and the use of force against and urged all parties concerned to engage in meaningful and constructive without delay or preconditions. It endorsed the conclusions adopted Affairs Council on 21 March.
