Cap. 524 чл. 16Wilful cause of death of embryos.

(1) Whosoever wilfully causes the death of any embryo shall be guilty of an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine (multa) not exceeding twelve thousand euro (€12,000) or to imprisonment not exceeding two years or to both such fine and imprisonment.

(2) This article shall also apply to any human clone created in breach of article 11.
