(1) Saving the provisions of article 6A(c) of the

Professional Secrecy Act, nothing in this Act authorises a person to disclose information protected by legal and medical professional privilege and a disclosure of such information is not a protected disclosure for the purposes of this Act.

(2) This Act shall not affect the application of laws relating to the protection of classified information, the secrecy of judicial deliberations and rules on criminal procedure.
