(1) "Other policies" are detailed policies and guidelines that deal with the proper and effective management of development of land and sea other than those already contained in a subsidiary plan. They shall be in conformity with subsidiary plans and the Spatial Strategy.

(2) Such policies shall be in a form appropriate to the particular subject matter and may be supported by such documents, assessments, maps and diagrams, drawings and illustrations as may be considered necessary.
