The report may be included in any report made in relation to the Equal Opportunities (Persons with Disability) Act and on the progress being made in implementing the Malta National Disability Policy and applicable Strategy and also in relation to any reporting procedure required pursuant to the obligations emanating from the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disability.
